Biography

Christopher M. Cervantes is a 5th Generation Texan, born and raised in El Paso, Texas. Before founding Cervantes Law, he gained distinguished experience across prosecution and government enforcement — serving at the Texas 34th Judicial District Attorney’s Office, the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, and the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, where he worked within the Fraud and Financial Crimes Division.

Cervantes Law was founded on a direct principle: every client deserves an attorney who handles their case personally, shows up fully prepared, and fights for the best possible outcome. Attorney Cervantes manages every matter from intake through resolution — not a paralegal, not a junior associate. Whether the matter involves a serious injury, a business dispute, or a criminal charge, clients work directly with him at every stage.

A bilingual attorney fluent in English and Spanish, Attorney Cervantes is proud to serve the diverse communities of Greater Boston and across Massachusetts. Outside the courtroom, he is an active member of his church in Melrose, Massachusetts — a faith that continues to shape his deep commitment to justice, integrity, and service to others.

Serious Results

When your case goes to trial, experience in the courtroom is not optional — it is everything. Attorney Cervantes has over 11 years of trial and courtroom experience across Massachusetts, and has taken cases to jury verdict in some of the most contested areas of civil and criminal litigation.

That record includes:

A wrongful death case taken to jury verdict — standing up for a family when it mattered most.

A premises liability defense verdict — representing a homeowner sued after a fire broke out on his property. A trespasser claimed he had a lawful right to be there. The jury disagreed. Verdict for the homeowner.

Six-figure jury verdicts in personal injury cases — fighting for accident victims and securing the compensation they deserved after insurers refused to pay fairly.

Results matter. Attorney Cervantes does not refer your case out, hand it to a junior associate, or settle for less when a jury can do better. You get a trial attorney who has been in the courtroom, argued to juries, and won — and who will bring that same preparation and commitment to your case.
